Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon today honored retiring Chief Clerk and Parliamentarian E. Dotson Wilson with House Resolution 50. During his 27 years of service in this position, Wilson worked with nearly 500 of the 4,000 people ever to serve in the Assembly. Calling him "an institution within our Institution," Speaker Rendon noted that his knowledge ensured continuity and kept the Assembly following the rules and respecting tradition.
