(San Francisco) - As part of Global Climate Action Summit, California State Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon and the Atlantic Council, convened a discussion on California's climate change actions, particularly how they affect local communities. Speaker Rendon said as he introduced the panel discussions, "Global efforts to combat climate change cannot succeed without effective action locally." Assemblymembers Richard Bloom, Todd Gloria, Monique Limón, Eloise Gómez Reyes, Dr. Joaquin Arambula and Dr. Chad Mayes were all participants in the discussions.
