(Sacramento) – Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon (D-Lakewood), Assemblymembers Cristina Garcia (D-Bell Gardens) and Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella), Governor Jerry Brown and a bipartisan group of legislators gathered in the State Capitol to mark the passage of Assembly Bills 398 and 617 and Assembly Constitutional Amendment 1.
