(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Anthony Rendon (D-Lakewood) has been selected by Assembly Democrats to become Speaker of the California State Assembly in January when the full Assembly is expected to officially vote him into the position. He will follow current Speaker Toni G. Atkins (D-San Diego). KCRA TV reporter David Bienick spoke with Assemblymember Rendon about his priorities for the news position.
